How is the most fitting test method selected?

As a certified ISTA test laboratory, we can offer you all common test programs in the field of packaging testing and shipping simulation. We have climate testing facilities that test your product for possible aging using various climate cabinets and chambers, in which we simulate extreme temperatures, humidity and high temperature fluctuations, as well as shakers to simulate vibrations in a truck, for example. We test very small packaging as well as pallets and transport containers.

In close dialog with our experts, you specify the test method you would like to use for your products. We are happy to support you with our many years of expertise in selecting the appropriate test cycles. We usually ask what the shipping route looks like, how the shipment is carried out (on a pallet, as a single package, or do both have to be tested?) so that a realistic simulation of this shipping route can be simulated in the laboratory. An attempt is made to set up a worst-case scenario to depict all eventualities.
