paconsult GmbH is an accredited environmental testing laboratory. Our main profession is to check the fitness and capability of technical products by environmental simulation in a type approval test.

With our electrodynamic shakers and vibration systems we are able to simulate the start of an airplane, the conditions on board a vessel or the strains caused by railroad traffic. The vibration test shows, whether the specimen is ready for real life stresses.

In our climatic chamber we are able to specify exact conditions: humidity and temperature are precisely regulated and controlled. Whether arctic cold, dry or subtropical heat – no problem with our powerful and efficient test chambers.

The packaging test or transport simulation consists of vibration- and compression tests as well as free fall simulations with the precision drop tester and the drop-hook. These tests can tell you whether your packaging is correctly dimensioned and provides an optimal protection for your product inside.

What about water and dust? The IP protection test provides you with information about the leak-tightness of your product and allows a clear allocation into an IP protection class. This defines, how and where your product can be used without safety risk.

We are accredited for the most important german, european and international standards for environmental simulation. If there are further technical specifications, such as internal quality standards, we will assist you with our know-how and help you to work out a proper test plan.
